We answer mail. We treat what people write to us as input, not noise. If you write thoughtfully, you will hear back from a person who reads thoughtfully.

The routing below makes sure your message reaches the right team.

Safety and abuse on Wouch. safety@wouch.app. Our Trust & Safety team reads this. For in-app reporting, the three-dot menu in any conversation has a Report option, which is the fastest path.

  • Anything that touches your personal data and is more than a routine request.
  • Concerns about how we are handling data protection obligations.
  • Complaints related to privacy.
  • Cooperation with data protection authorities.

For times outside business hours: safety-tagged messages are reviewed by our on-call team. General messages wait for the next business day.

What we don't do

We do not chat with you in real time. We have considered chat support and concluded that the trade-offs do not serve our users. Email is slower; the response you get back has actually been thought about.

We do not have a phone number we publish for general support. For safety crises, the right call is to a crisis line in your country, not to us; see wouch.app/crisis-resources.

We do not respond to social-media DMs as a support channel. If you have a concern, please use the addresses above; we will see your message and reply.
